Communication was fast and her knowledge of the area helped sell our house. Her team Made sure the house was ready to show to potential buyers, doing anything that needed to be done, even answering the phone on weekends.If any Changes in price were needed it was done quickly. Although we didn’t get the price we listed for, The house sold at the appraisal amount. North Port took a beating in the past few years, so do yourself a favor and get an appraisal before you list, so you know how much to list it for. Tracy thought we would get a lot more than we actually received, but again, not her fault. North port home values have really changed since Hurricane Ian, and the over abundance of cheap new homes on the market. However Tracy and her husband did a great job marketing and caring for our house until it was sold. Great communication, and ease of selling from out of state. Glad to be out of Florida and back to Maine.
