I have been selling real estate for over 20 years. My background as a CPA with a Master's degree in Tax enables me to assist clients in determining the value of a property and understanding the real estate tax issues in Florida (Homestead, etc.) I Partner with my wife, Tamara, who handles a lot of the front end as I handle a lot of the backend which includes negotiation, inspections, etc. We do not push people to make fast decisions as we feel that a home purchase is one of the most important purchases that someone makes and there are many factors (financial, lifestyle, carrying costs, etc) that have to be considered.
