Matthew Cannon

A native of Indiana, Matt moved to Florida in December of 2004. Matt started his real estate career in Indiana in 1995 with Cannon Real Estate and was one of the top agents and broker managers during his tenure with the Marion Area Board of Realtors. Matt's successful career transitioned him to Florida with a local real estate firm to represent a new condominium development on Lido Key, with prices that ranged from $1 million to over $2.2 million. He transitioned as a sales associate and later Director of Sales and Marketing for custom builder Lee Wetherington Homes, overseeing more than 15 different new home communities with prices that ranged from $350,000 to over $8 million. Matt joined a well respected real estate firm in 2009 and was consistently a top selling agent. Matt received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS from Purdue University.
