Steve was born in Santa Maria California moved to St Louis MO as a young child and grew up in Rockville Maryland. After graduating with a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee in 1983. While working for Maytag after college, Steve lived in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee and eventually moved to Cape Coral Florida in 1991. Steve began his real estate career in 1993.
