An actual angel The very last day I called KW and told the receptionist our dilemma and she said I know the perfect person for you! and transferred me to Andy. He immediately found us listings that matched our specs just from a few ideas Id given him. Hes intuitive, honest almost to a fault (there were houses he could have talked us into and made more commission but didnt because he wanted us to find the perfect house), responsive (answers my stupid questions all hours of the day), knowledgeable (knows literally everything about everything), caring and empathetic (very concerned about our budget, additional costs, quality of our lives). I honestly never thought wed get a decent house in this market and Andy not only made it happen in 2 days of knowing him, he got us a house with a tiny bit of equity already, that we feel is safe, good quality and actually a dream for a first home. Amazing Agent who went above and beyond!! Andy helped me rent out my townhouse about a year ago. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND with helping me get it repaired and cleaned since I live out of state.
