Kate Ward has proudly called St. Lucie County home since 1986, when her family relocated from Wilmington, Delaware to Fort Pierce. Growing up in White City gave her deep local roots and an insider’s perspective on the Treasure Coast. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, she earned her Bachelor’s in Education with ESOL and ESE endorsements, and her background as a licensed educator sharpened her ability to simplify complex processes—a skill she brings to real estate. Since earning her license in 2018, Kate has helped over 275 families buy or sell, achieving more than $100 million in sales. She holds a Broker’s License and advanced designations including CLHMS, CDPE, ABR, and SRES, equipping her to serve clients from luxury buyers to those navigating challenging transitions. Licensed statewide but focused on the Treasure Coast, Kate works with her fiancé, Peter White of Oceanside Home Watch, to provide unmatched knowledge, care, and community connections.
