Oldemar Santamaria

Real estate is about more than a house... its about lifes next move. Im Omar Santamaria, a bilingual real estate professional with over a decade of experience helping Florida buyers and sellers. I serve Palm Beach County and Ocala/Marion County, specializing in relocation between South and Central Florida. Having made that move myself, I understand the challenges of finding a new home, community, and lifestyle. Whether youre buying your first home, selling, exploring new construction, or downsizing, I offer honest guidance, strong representation, and a clear plan. Youll work directly with me, receive consistent communication, and hear what you need to know... not simply what you want to hear. My approach is personal, strategic, and built on lasting relationships. My goal is to be your trusted real estate resource long after closing.
