John started out in sales at an early age working for his parent's company, after much success in the family company John decided to follow his true passion for real estate. He started out in Palm Coast Florida with Realty Executives, he was an instant success and earned the top producer award, 100% club and was nominated for the 30 under 30 title for 5 years. After his success in general real estate he decided to venture into development property with a multibillion dollar company specializing in land acquisition, new construction, golf course and country club communities. Once this community project was complete John returned to real estate specializing in short sales and foreclosures for five years. In 2010 ReMax Prestige offered John a position on their sales team, John was a top producer for them for over 10 years and was inducted into the ReMax Hall of Fame, was a member of the 100% club and earned the Executive Club award.
