In 1993, I moved to Orlando and in 2003, I decided to pair my love of both real estate and working with people and started the career that I love! I apply the knowledge from my education and earlier experiences and I pride myself on having a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, great market knowledge, and strong negotiating and problem solving skills. I have worked in many facets of residential real estate including sales, property management, investment properties, relocations, historic properties, and bank owned properties. I have been recognized by my brokerage and local board as a top producer throughout my career and have sold over $35 Million in residential property and have leased and managed over 300 properties in my career. My passion for architecture, construction, people, problem solving, and negotiating make real estate a dream job for me! I especially enjoy working with first time buyers and helping them make the dream of home ownership a reality!
