When we got to Venice to meet Dan he had all the perspective places printed out and a very efficient plan to see 15 homes in one day. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and allowed us to view each home without any pressure. At the time we met with Dan he had just lost an uncle who he was very close with and the funeral was that day and he still found time to work with us before the funeral. The next day we had three more places to look at and he took time away from his family at such a personal time to help us out.
