I moved to Florida in summer 2021 not knowing when I'd be able to actually buy a home in this crazy market. I decided in December to start looking around and I ended up finding Karissa. Here we are in February 2022 and I am working on moving into my new home. She was absolutely amazing through the entire process! She made herself accessible and available, and she was able to work around my insane schedule. In our particular deal, we were dealing with very difficult sellers and an even more difficult selling agent, but Karissa was so professional through the entire process (when I probably would not have been.) In the end I got the keys to my dream home because of her efforts, and to me that speaks volumes. I would HIGHLY recommend Karissa or any of the agents that work for her.
