I grew up in Southern Ohio, but left for college at Morehead State for a year, then married my sweetheart, Mike. He joined the Navy and we traveled the country and world for 20 years, but found ourselves on Amelia Island, Florida for the first time in 1990 and fell in love with this sweet little town, which back then only had 2 stop lights and a flashing light between I95 and the Island. A lot has changed over the years, but it's where we call "HOME'. We raised 2 boys here, now our 2 grandsons live close by and we are thrilled! We love to boat and be on the water as often as possible. I got my Real Estate license in 1998 knowing we were coming back for our final duty station and retirement. I wanted to buy investments to have in addition to retirement but fell in love with the profession and the ability to help so many buy and sell their homes and investments. My daughter -n-love works with me (she joined me in May 2017) and we are both very passionate about this business!

I have been a licensed realtor for 15 years. I started my career in Ohio, closing 55 homes, commercial businesses, and commercial properties in the Greater Cleveland area . I have just obtained my Florida Real Estate license. I spent the last year learning the area, closing my own home and looking for great places for you to call home.
