My experience with Kathleen Comerford has spanned over 5 years, I trust her judgment and look to her for suggestions. I was asked to like her new company, she did not need to ask me I would volunteer to do so to anyone. Very down to earth person, genuine, does return phone calls. Very glad to have found her, to sell, buy and advise on where to turn to for many things, outside of real estate. I highly recommend her and her knowledge.

The first time I used Kathleen Comerford was 4 years ago when I moved to North Venice. OMG!!! I've dealt with realtors in the past but none quite so generous with her time, resources and patience as Kathleen. Hard for me to believe but I'll actually miss seeing and conferring regularly with her.
