Starting a career in real estate over 20 years ago has been the most exciting years of my life. I always say " I'm an education junkie". Well, real estate offers plenty to learn. Not only the mechanics but having every transaction be unique in itself. I love being a problem solver. The satisfaction of having your clients light up when they found the one. Also, seeing the seller's excited about the person that will take over their home is so gratifying. It's the best feeling every to be a part of all this positive energy. I've learned to be a business woman, a negotiator, a counselor and just a true friend. I own investment properties, have purchased homes in a self-directed IRA, to purchasing into a REIT, to performing a 1031 Exchange. I've done it all. Relocation families have so much going on in their lives. My forte is to reduce stress and take on the job like wonder woman. I do my best work when I know I'm being helpful.

Over 90% of my business comes from repeat clients & their referrals. The rest is from open houses and networking. I was recently voted one of Weld Countys favorite Realtors which I am extremely humbled by. I am very involved in the community through the Greeley Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, speaker at local high schools, a University of Northern Colorado Alumni Board Member and 2010 President of the Greeley Area Realtors Association. I am in the real estate market every day, keeping myself keenly aware of home values, trends, and current inventory. I have also been a landlord since 1991 and have owned up to 50 units. Whether you are looking for a home, ready to sell, or wanting an investment property, I have the expertise and experience to look out for your best interests. I look forward to helping you

Before real estate, I built my career as an educator, and that experience continues to shape how I serve my clients today. I believe informed clients make confident decisions, so I focus on clear communication, honest guidance, and educating my clients throughout every step of the buying and selling process. I also have a background in interior design, home renovations, and property investments allows me to help clients see a home's full potential while providing practical insight into value, functionality, and marketability. Whether helping first-time buyers navigate the market, assisting families with a move, or guiding sellers through a successful sale, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. As a Colorado resident, mom, and active member of the community, I understand that a home is more than a transactionit's where life happens. I am committed to building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service long after the closing table.

I have been a Realtor since 1976 serving northern Colorado. "I will be here for you today and tomorrow!"
