Hi, Im Fernando Dias. I am originally from Brazil, but have called Colorado home for over 20 years. I know what it means to build a life in a new place, and I know how much a home matters when you do. Thats a big part of why I love this work. Im a husband and a father, and my family is at the center of everything I do. I also volunteer in my community, because I believe a neighborhood is only as strong as the people who show up for it. As an agent, Ive worked every side of real estate myself: buying, selling, renovating, renting, and managing homes. I also own rental properties, so my advice comes from real experience.
