Brooke Gagnon

Born and raised in Vail, I have witnessed a small ski town grow into a world class resort. After high school, I earned my International Relations degree from Franklin College in Switzerland. Then I spent 2 ½ years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Asuncion, Paraguay. I have traveled over 50 countries, but happy to have returned to the Vail valley to call it home. I love to assist all local, second homeowner and international clientele alike. I have earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar Guild Recognition for experience, knowledge, and expertise in million-dollar and above residential properties. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, I have proven performance in the upper tier market. I am a dedicated mom, avid skier, and still participated in over $180M in all types of real estate transactions, and a consistent top producer by the Vail Board of Realtors for closed contracts. I strive to put the "extra" in extraordinary.
