Sallie Simmons

With fond memories of buying her first property in her hometown of Cleveland, Mississippi, Sallie wants her clients to experience the same positives of homeownership. She believes firmly in the financial security of a real estate investment and that there’s nothing like the comfort, happiness, and sense of belonging a home instills in people. Sallie was always interested in the industry from a professional standpoint, and she was encouraged by agents she knew who believed she would love it. After a few years of consideration, Sallie earned her license and hasn’t looked back. Her definition of real estate is a career that’s never dull and always educational. No two clients or transactions are alike, and each deal requires a different approach and a new level of creativity to advance successfully. Sallie has been a Denver resident since 2009. She lives in the city’s Berkeley neighborhood with her fiance, Virginia, and their “old-man” Maltipoo, Mr. Buddy. Sallie loved Denver.
