I grew up in Colorado on construction job sites my father was a mason and house flipper, and I lived in 13 different homes before I turned seven. That background, plus 11 years as an electrical engineer on commercial construction projects, an MBA, and Harvard's Business Analytics Program, shapes how I approach real estate: methodically, with data behind every pricing and negotiation decision. At Stride Group, I focus almost exclusively on sellers, with a specialty in listings that didn't sell the first time around bringing sharper pre-listing strategy and clearer market positioning than a typical relist. I also volunteer with Divorce Rebuilders and work closely with divorce and estate attorneys, so I'm comfortable guiding sellers through transitions that carry more than just a real estate decision. My goal is simple: move smart, price it right the first time, and get you to closing with as little stress as possible.
