Born in Norway, Jon’s parents immigrated to the U.S. in 1969 and moved the family to Colorado in 1974 where, in 1985, Jon graduated from Aurora’s Smoky Hill High School. He subsequently enlisted and served as a paratrooper, tank crewman, and scout with the U.S. Army’s elite 82nd Airborne Division, receiving an Honorable Discharge from active duty as a Sergeant (E-5) in 1989. After returning to Colorado, he utilized the Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP) to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and minor in History from Metropolitan State College (nka Metropolitan State University) of Denver in 1996, then went on to earn an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver’s Graduate School of Business in 1999. Professionally, Jon earned a real estate title insurance license in 1991, serving 22 years in business development and as a VP Sales working alongside some of Colorado’s top Realtors® and mortgage loan officers, before earning his own Real Estate Broker’s license in 2013.

I have been a full-time Realtor since January 2004! I also happen to be a 6th generation Colorado native. Pam has a passion for real estate that has spanned decades. In 1984, after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Communication, Pam accepted her first position in real estate with a land development company in Littleton. In addition to the land development transactions she facilitated during her tenure at the company, she discovered a passion for realty as she assisted friends and family with buying and selling personal residences. After taking some time off to raise her four children, Pam returned to her calling in the real estate industry. Being a Colorado native, Tegan naturally enjoys everything outdoors, the view from 80th as you fly over I-36, and snuggling with her two dogs. After getting her real estate license, Tegan pursued finding properties for her friends and family.
