Ira was an incredible realtor. He listened, took time to educate, helped us make smart decisions. We had already moved 70 miles away, and he took care of everything for us on the homefront. From arranging home cleaners, to touching up paint himself. He did all of the showings and got us three offers within 10 days. He was responsive and helped explain the necessary transactional forms that were really complex. We could tell that Ira took care of our property like it was his own, and advocated for our best interests. Ultimately, we closed escrow without delay because he handled random challenges that popped up with a calm, cool, collected and experienced disposition. We would absolutely recommend him again and already have.
