Have gained knowledge & know-how to successfully complete commercial 1031 tax exchanges. And here in California with transferring primary tax-base for clients and their primary residences by properly executing Proposition 60/90. I also have, as a home owner, first hand knowledge of purchasing property outside of California. Currently residing in Orange County, CA and cover areas throughout Southern California.
