As a former Brooklynite, I moved to the South Bay area of Southern California in 1973. My path as a Brooklyn College Grad with a degree in Education, led me to Real Estate Sales in 1979. So for over 40 years, I have been educating both sellers & buyers thru the residential real estate maze of marketing, pricing, choosing neighborhoods and dream homes, financing, appraisal and escrow.
