I'll assist you with getting Pre-Approved if needed and then I'll search for a home that meets your needs along with negotiating the sales price and prepare the paperwork while you wait on the keys. If you are a seller that's moving to a bigger or smaller home, another state, in default, Pre-Foreclosure or in need of a short sale, I can help you sell your home or investment property. I'll handle the initial paperwork and marketing of your property on various online websites, the Multiple Listing Service, a dedicated site for your property, etc. to find a qualified buyer. After a qualified buyer is located, I'll assist you with negotiating the contract and opening escrow along preparing the necessary disclosure to be forwarded to the buyer.
