Carmen Galzerano

Carmen Galzerano brings 12 years of experience and a personal, hands-on approach to every transaction. A Santa Barbara resident for more than 20 years and a graduate of both SBCC and UCSB, she has a strong understanding of the areas neighborhoods, homes, and market. Carmen works with buyers and sellers throughout the Santa Barbara area, with particular experience assisting trustee and estate sellers, longtime homeowners, first-time buyers, and those relocating to the area. She is known for her patience, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to take on whatever is needed to make the process easier for her clients. Carmen is a partner with Glick Real Estate Associates at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, a team with $1 billion in closed sales. Outside of real estate, she has traveled to 39 countries, loves scuba diving, and enjoys life in Santa Barbara with her husband and daughter. She also volunteers with Meals on Wheels and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

I provide hands-on service for sellers, including trustees, managing everything from clean-outs and repairs to staging. I also enjoy helping first-time buyers and those relocating to Santa Barbara find the right home and neighborhood.
