Stan is a native Californian who started college at the University of California Santa Barbara, fell in love with the area and later returned to make Santa Barbara his home. Like most Californians, Stans hobbies are active ones, many of which take advantage of Santa Barbaras Mediterranean climate. Stan enjoys tennis, hiking, jogging, spinning, car shows, snow skiing, snowshoeing, backpacking, numerous visits to volunteer in Yosemite and world traveling. Stan earned his Real Estate Salesperson License and started his sales career on February 7, 1980 and even through the early 1980s housing slump, Stan was an immediate success winning his companys 1980 Rookie of the Year award. In 1983, Stan had obtained a second Degree in Business, his Real Estate Broker License.
