Andrew was our agent in successfully purchasing a commercial building for our business. It took us a very long time (from March 2015 to July 2017) and hundreds of email exchanges to eventually find and close on a building that met our needs. It was really challenging at times, but Andrew never gave up. With any problem that came up, he worked diligently trying to come up with solutions or resolutions. Some of these challenges were hard and involved creativity and real estate attorneys. Many realtors would have given up long ago, but Andrew stuck to it and finally got rewarded. We managed to successfully reduce the seller's expectations and reduced the purchase price by 33%, to a much more realistic market price. That was not easy. We are happy to highly recommend him.

Andrew did an outstanding job selling my moms condo in Foster City. I have purchased and sold 7 homes and have never received the amazing level of detail and hard work that Andrew brought to this sale. My mom needs a walker to get around and Andrew picked her up at her assisted living sight and brought her to the condo on multiple occasions. He hired local workmen to repair her A/C unit, leaking fire sprinkler system and had the driveways and fence power washed. He took of every detail ( including staging ) that was needed for this sale. He sent my mom and I detailed emails describing the status of work and the amount of people who flowed thru his constant open houses. I cannot imagine that there would be another realtor in this state who would perform the amount and level of work that Andrew put in to obtain the sale of the condo at an excellent price.
