About
Barbara Lymberis was honored to be the 2012 President of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS. She was also voted Realtor of the Year in 2015. Barbara and Nick Lymberis are a team at Coldwell Banker Willow Glen, and have sold close to 250 properties in their time in Real Estate. They previously owned and operated the Perfect Harmony Properties brokerage in Willow Glen, an upscale neighborhood of San Jose, CA. Barbara moved to the neighborhood from the East Coast in 1978. Nick was born in Willow Glen - they know and sell the neighborhood, metro San Jose, and the entire Silicon Valley region. Nick and Barbara have 40 years combined experience, and work with a variety of clients, from first-time homebuyers to luxury properties to investors. Barbara is active in community service, and has served on the Boards of the San Jose Chamber Orchestra and the Steinway Society. She is an alumna of the Mission City Community Fund Board.

Barbara and Nick Lymberis provided not only great advice but expert remodeling services that took place quickly and on budget in a difficult time. Once the COVID-19 issues were understood and addressed, the house was on the market for only one week when a buyer was found who offered more than the asking price. Barbara and Nick were able to answer all my questions regarding the closing paperwork, even though I was working from Florida while they were in California. It was all smooth and easy; the only challenges we faced were challenges brought about by the pandemic. Barbara and Nick handled everything from installing a new kitchen to dealing with the HOA. I heartily recommend Barbara and Nick, who worked relentlessly on my behalf, keeping me informed, and who were expert in making all the arrangements from installing a whole new kitchen to installing new carbon monoxide detectors.
