In making a real estate choices two things come to mind...feelings and details...Marty navigates this very well...if you're like me san diego will sweep you away...perfect climate, lovely people...a city on the rise is an understatement...but still there are places overvalued and there are still gems...Marty has a feel for this...and then of course there are the details... financing, negotiations...filing the paperwork...Martin/y never drops the ball...basically it was just a great experience for us...we bought in 2015 and since then a six figure appreciation of the property it's something you don't forget with an agent.
