Gaea checked all the boxes when we were looking for a realtor- honest to a fault, observant, and hardworking- and then created a bunch of new boxes we’d never thought of: intuitive, completely transparent, and genuinely interested in making sure Everyone came out satisfied. When we finally found the right place in Woodland, and then I had to fly out of state immediately after putting in the offer, it was an Enormous relief to know that I not only had a real estate agent whose integrity I completely trusted, but whose judgement I could rely on. It was seamless. That Gaea True is a good person first, and a real estate agent second, should discourage Nobody. She’s a smart, savvy agent, who reads every damned line of those contracts. But it’s who she is as a person that made the whole experience actually pleasant.

Gaea went above and beyond, she really had my best interest at heart. I just had a severe cancer surgery, she went way above her job description. She kept me on track with support and great communication. She even helped me deal with the realtor that sold my previous house and kept everything moving forward with sound advise.
