As a native to the Southbay I know the beach cities of Torrance, Manhattan Beach, and Hermosa Beach like the back of my hand as well as the cities on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula along with the Los Angeles Port cities of San Pedro, Lomita, and Long Beach. Coming from a college teaching background I always fully inform and instruct my clients of everything in the process of selling and buying - so that they can make the best possible choices resulting in the best possible outcome. I love the many cultures my real estate career has enabled me to meet and to surpass their requirements, needs and wants. A love of travel and world cultures has always been a continuous source of joy. Having lived nearly my entire life in or near the Palos Verdes area - I consider myself inordinately lucky and share my insights and love of the area to all I encounter in Real Estate.
