If anyone thinks that the work of Estate Agents is done once the house is marketed and sold (in my case I purchased a new construction home as I was only looking for a rental at the very beginning of my house search with Maria) - then they are as mis-informed as I was. She was readily available whenever I needed information and always professional

Maria was absolutely AMAZING. Words cannot describe how helpful she was throughout this entire process. As first time homebuyers she was incredibly patient and helped us every step of the way. She also cared so much and always had our back. When we needed a backup she was there, we needed a teacher she was there if you were able to work with Maria you are in amazing hands!
