We sold our California property while living in Illinois, we were entirely dependent on Zach for all matters during the transaction. The house was an "as is" property best sold to a flipper, Zach priced the house correctly, found a buyer and took care of all the problems (new locks, stolen property)along the way. Even though the process felt like about a year we were done in two and 1/2 months.
