She is very thorough, kept me and our family informed at all stages of the process to sell our family home. Whenever I left messages, she called me right back and she let me know every time anything was needed so we could get things done right away. We loved visiting with her at our home and she made it so easy for me as the trustee to sign documents needed. We fixed up our family home before the sale and then it was staged. The staging turned out beautiful! It was even sold before the end of November so GREAT JOB to Pam and her office. Because of her experience, Pam was quick to catch these and challenge the agent to get these issues corrected. We always felt that Pam was working for us. When asked her opinions, Pam would provide quick and honest feedback, but we never felt pressured to make a decision. We cannot say enough good things about Pam. We would work with her again in a heartbeat.
