My husband and I had Joseph as our realtor and we were very pleased on how he conducted business. It took us about 4 months to find our home. Joseph was very patient and understanding knowing that this was a big purchase and life event. Me and my husband had opposite schedules and Joseph had no problem working around that. He was very respectful with the budget we had and didnt pressure us in going over our budget. He was great with the negotiations as well. We are lucky that we found him.

Joseph aided us in buying our first home. He was incredibly patient with our questions and answered all of them in a way that was easy to understand. Joseph was very responsive at any time of day and available for phone calls whenever we asked. When initially showing us listings, Joseph listened to our preferences and was able to point us towards the homes that fit what we wanted, he listened throughout the process and was easy to speak frankly with. We couldn't be more grateful for Joseph throughout the process.

I am a military servicemember relocating from Atlanta, GA to Joseph assisted me and my family during the relocation process. He was always available to answer our questions anytime day or night (considering the three hour time difference). He went above and beyond the call of his duties, when our vehicles were in transit from Georgia to California, he was onsite to receive them from the auto transport truck and ensured they were safely secured until we arrived a day and a half later!! His in-depth knowledge of the Southern California area made us comfortable as he showed us over 15 perspective homes that met our established criterions before we arrived in California. The house that we purchased will not just be a house but is now our home! A relocation is a significant emotional event for a family, but for a Servicemember and family, doing this every 2-4 years increases the stress level but our agent did a lot of heavylifting and made the transition from East Coast to West Coast smooth
