I highly recommend Eric. You won't be sorry if you select him as your realtor. He has restored my faith in realtors. Eric is competent, honest, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Eric would point out negatives for the properties he showed me as well as the positives. Most realtors never point out negatives. Instead, whenever you talk about something you don't like in a property, most realtors just minimize it. Eric never did that with me. Eric was more concerned about making me happy with my purchase rather than just closing a deal so he would receive his commission.

We found Eric online along others. We emailed Eric and he responded to us right away. Others also responded, but not that day. We liked what Eric had to say and do. We are very happy we picked him as he did a wonderful job for us. Yves Nancy
