Stephanie and everyone at Team Vitacco went above and beyond to sell our house. What we thought would be an easy sale changed abruptly in mid-March during escrow when the full impact of COVID-19 became apparent. We lost that sale as a result but Team Vitacco stayed persistent and resolute. Well we were worried that Sale might not be in the cards they were never in doubt. With professionalism and good cheer despite the unprecedented circumstances they prevailed and resold our house in one of the most difficult markets. My mom needed to sell her home, but most of us were locked down in the early part of the pandemic response. I live 3000 miles away, but had a role in preventing my mom from being overwhelmed with details. Stephanie and her team are absolutely outstanding in every way. She correctly read the market as still being active, she recommended an appropriate price based on deep knowledge of the neighborhoods in the San Fernando Valley, and she knew reliable teams to help with things like interior painting and deep cleaning. There were 10 offers in less than a week, her recommendations on which offers to focus on, and to counteroffer terms were also on target. I just wish she worked in the Northeast!

If location, location, location is the cardinal rule of real estate, then communication, communication, communication is the equivalent for realtors. Stephanie and her team aced this, despite the complication created by COVID. They kept us up to date at every step, answered questions very quickly, double-checked everything, and problem-solved in creative ways. Excellent job, and I would most definitely recommend her.

In mid March, when we decided to sell our house, we interviewed several agents & we decided to hire Stephanie based on her knowledge in the neighborhood & the fact that she has been through several housing market crash. When the house was listed in mid May, right in the middle of Covid-19 shutdown, with no open house allowed, Stephanie and her team were still able to generate a lot of interest for the house. We were averaging one private showing per day. We finally accepted an offer that is above asking. Stephanie has a great team, Joey is responsible for scheduling and Chung Mi is responsible for discussing the offer with me and other paperwork. They are all very friendly, responsive and professional. They were able to guide me through the escrow process and help me negotiate with the buyer for repair credit. At the end, I think both the buyer and I came out with a great deal. I highly recommend Stephanie and her team to be your agent, especially in this volatile time.
