Kari Mc Coy

Kari recently sold our Folsom home for us. You can't do better than Kari McCoy! She went above and beyond and considered our home her property. We had full confidence that she wanted the best for us and the best for the potential buyer. Her leadership in preparing the house for sale and the actual selling were without a doubt AMAZING! We were very satisfied! She is honest, hardworking and honorable!

Kari knew the current selling environment and how to market our property for maximum profit. We wanted to move quickly and she scheduled inspections... literally quicker than we were ready for. It was important we had a realtor that had OUR back and represented US. We've moved several times in the past and found that to often not be the case. Kari was behind us 100% and we were more than confident with her "standing in front of us" and guiding us through the process. It was a pleasure working with her and I'd definitely use her again.

She is simply brilliant at dealing and handling people, never misses any detail, and is an incredible negotiator with no ego, the combination that makes her deadly and gives her clients the best pricing of their homes! I would rate my overall experience with Kari McCoy as being the best I have ever had selling a property! It is also above and beyond my wildest dreams the price Kari got for my property. Very pleased with all aspects of this house sale venture. So glad we found Kari and her team. Since we/I was selling this house due to my father's passing; Kari was very helpful with getting me through the process as the trustee of my dad's estate. I could not have done it without her.
