Ace Woods

I am a 2nd generation local Realtor®. As a Santa Cruz local, born and raised, I know this area from stem to stern. I have a business degree from UC Davis. I was the 2022 Women’s Council of Realtors President and in 2019 I was honored to be voted runner-up for "Best Realtor in Santa Cruz” in the Santa Cruz Waves Swellies Awards. I also served on the Board of Directors for Modern Real Estate Professionals and am a member of Local Government Affairs at the Association of Realtors. In 2021 I successfully advocated for significant changes to the County Measure J program, and was welcomed into the Centennial Club at the Association of Realtors for my efforts to protect private property rights. I consider matchmaker and problem solver, and loves bringing people (and houses!) together. When I'm not working in the field or managing the team, you can usually find me playing at the beach with my son and French bulldog.
