Thomas helped my best friend close her first home, and naturally she referred him over to me as I was in the market. We first did a virtual consult to better understand my goals, and we had a very good first impression. He is very down to earth, knowledgeable, and patient. By having a full understanding of what we were okay with and what was a dealbreaker for us, we were able to go through listings very quickly online and in person. He always made sure we were comfortable and had a full understanding every step of the way. This man is very hardworking and will work around the clock. We would receive email updates at 1am and he would be back to responding at 7am the next day. He is very transparent, honest, and bears no pressure whatsoever. With their online processing and app, searching for a home and going through Escrow was a breeze. It was unfortunate the COVID-19 shutdown happened right in the middle of Escrow, but Thomas and his team worked to get our home closed and keys in hand.
