We needed to sell our condo in Simi Valley and buy a house in Camarillo and chose Sean as our agent for both. He did such a fantastic job! He really listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time on properties that didn't fit our description. Our condo sold super fast and it was contingent on us finding our new home. Sean did a great job working with the buyers agent to ensure we had the time we needed. The market was crazy at the time and there were just so few houses available. He went out of his way and even knocked on doors in the areas we were interested in to see if people wanted to sell! He also encouraged us to make a video of our family to give to the sellers to set us apart from other offers. Lastly, he was amazing with our rambunctious children when they needed to come with us to look at houses! Great experience all around!

Sean helped us sell an agricultural property overlooking Santa Rosa Valley, East of Camarillo. Other realtors Id contacted established a very low price, based only on the agricultural attributes of the property. However, the parcel is in a gated community and had unobstructed views to the ocean and Anacapa Island. Seans evaluation included these features. He priced the property properly for ALL of its attributes. In the end, we sold for more than 40% more than what the other agents suggested. Yes; Ill say it again. We SOLD for more than 40% of what others suggested as the list price. After selling the ag parcel, Sean helped us look for a house. We made offers on two properties.
