Jennifer Kennedy Nelson

In 2004 I started working for Prudential California Realty. In December of 2014 Prudential California Realty became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. In 2020 my business expanded to Probate and Trust Sales when my father, who was a retired prosecuting attorney passed away with no trust. I became the administrator of my fathers probate and worked with Attorneys to settle the estate. I learned the Probate process and just how important a Trust is. I also started working together with Fiduciaries to help liquidate and acquire real estate assets and was Certified as a Senior Specialist. In September of 2024 I decided to partner with FATHOM Realty. Sticking to my values and my clients best interest FATHOM Realty's business principles aligned with mine. I just expanded to Commercial Residential sales.
