Jackie was the perfect buyer's agent for our long-distance first time home purchase in Yuma, AZ. She has a warm, friendly personality and always answered her phone or called us back quickly when we needed to ask her something. She was also responsive by email and we CC'd her on all communications with our loan officer. For our convenience, she scheduled last-minute walk-throughs of three homes in one afternoon. She video called us to show us the homes since we could not travel there in person. She opened every cabinet and even walked in the showers to show us the details. Afterwards, she gave us insightful opinions about features of the homes that concerned her which we would not have thought of ourselves. She prepared all paperwork for us to sign, connected us with a home inspector and pest control professional, and helped us negotiate with the seller's agent.
