Joyce was raised in the Birmingham area from the age of three. She is familiar with almost every community within our great city. She grew up in a real estate family, with her mom brokering and selling for 38 years and her grandmother raising 11 children while being a real estate agent. Her brother is a builder of high-end homes in the Birmingham area as well. As a Realtor for 31 years, Joyce has learned the importance of integrity, honesty, hard work and has a belief in core values.
