Deb is FANTASTIC! Shes very knowledgeable, very responsive, and a joy to work with! She guided us through the entire process and was always there whenever we had questions.

With that said, I think we are in a position to evaluate the service of a realtor throughout the entire process. That gets us to Deb Sims. She is awesome! Her suggestions on what we needed to do to get our home sale ready were honest and backed by statistics. If we followed her suggestions, she was confident that our home would sell quickly. Again, backed by market facts. We did...and she delivered. 14 days, unexpected. She kept us in the loop throughout the process right up to closing. This was the smoothest, drama free home sale we ever had. Deb is professional, honest, direct, understanding - and worked so hard to make this sale happen. Her marketing, fliers, videos, etc were high quality and displayed our home beautifully. We don't give 5 stars easily, but Deb Sims deserves every one on them! Highly recommend Deb is you are looking for a realtor.
