My name is Carmen Cooks, My passion for real estate and helping clients secure their dream homes began while working for another Real Estate firm as a transactions coordinator. Assisting clients in that way gave me tremendous satisfaction. I took that passion and I began my Real Estate career as an Agent right here in my beautiful city with JRC Realty Group, now gaining valuable experience and insights working with the local market. Creativity comes naturally for me and is something I put to good use in staging homes and various other marketing projects for my clients. I truly enjoy working for several non-profit organizations, and other businesses curating successful marketing campaigns.
