When not helping people with their real estate needs having been raised in Alaska I have grown to love the outdoors and all that Alaska offers. I love hunting, fishing, backpacking, camping, whitewater rafting, boating, hiking, nordic and downhill skiing, snowmachining (or snowmobiling as those not from Alaska say), ATVing, and so much more.

I am the co-owner of Les Bailey & Associates. I have been working in Real Estate since getting licensed in 2006. I am passionate about working with Home Sellers & Buyers I love going the extra mile for them to ensure we exceed their dreams and get their repeat business and referrals. I am proud of the fact that over 87% of my business is repeat and referrals based. I grew up in Anchorage and graduated from East High School and attended the University of Alaska Anchorage. We currently reside in the Chugiak/Eagle River community. I am a proud US Army Veteran and spent time overseas in Iraq and South Korea. Growing up, I spent most of his time working alongside his father, who was a carpenter. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family in the outdoors whether it is hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, dip-netting, I'm an avid outdoorsman and love riding snow machines (or snow mobiles as they say in the Lower 48), ATVs, whitewater rafting, or running rivers on my airboat.

They did a great job from the start, identified areas we could address prior to selling, and then came up with an organized structured plan for selling our house. They used a "showing" App that shortened the time it took to confirm viewings, etc. Chirley was great as our realtor, touched bases with us often through email, phone and texting. Behind the scenes was Brandi who kept a checklist of items that needed to be done in order to make it a smooth process. Communication with Chirley, Lance and Brandi was great and immediate. If we had a question, they were quick to respond. It was a really good experience to work with these professional people and we highly recommend them for the sale of your house!
