Joy is a wonderful real estate agent. My daughter referred Joy to us after completing the sale of her new house. We moved from Ontario to Calgary and Joy' professionalism and attention to detail made our move much less stressful. We have since referred Joy to our youngest daughter as well as my sister!

Joy is a such a pleasure to work with. She helped to sell our townhouse in 2018 and also purchase a new house at the same time. It was very much a buyers market when we listed our townhouse so unfortunately we were listed for a little while, but Joy was supportive and informative the whole time, keeping our listing in line with the market and still getting us a competitive sale price. We appreciated having access to a professional stager and photographer through Joy and her team as part of our listing. When we did sell, we had a very short turnaround to find a new home. Joy was available to us the entire time, showing us homes when it worked for our schedules and negotiating a great price for the house we eventually purchased. We also appreciated Joy's approachable and kind nature, helping us to feel supported without any pressure. Joy and her team went above and beyond during the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our dream home. She negotiated things in our purchase that we hadn't even considered as options making the purchase that much better! Even after the transactions were completed, Joy has been available to ask questions about our home and checks in regularly with us. She's incredible.
