From the get-go he was extremely accommodating, picking us up from the airport and squeezing as many viewings as possible into our limited time-period over the weekend. We spent a fair bit of time together, and Jeff was very pleasant and easy to converse with which made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. After the first day we had a shift in our perspective on what we were looking for which resulted in us looking at less expensive properties Jeff was very accommodating of our shift and never tried to pressure us to buy something more expensive (which has been my experience with another realtor who was always pushing homes at the top of the budget limit). Jeff always gave honest feedback to us, often pointing out pitfalls with properties we initially appeared interested in. In the end we found the perfect place for us within 2 days of looking, and Jeff worked very hard to negotiate the best price.

We hired Jeff to sell our house in July 2019 after another agent was unsuccessful after 4 months. The Calgary market was a tough one then with lots of houses on the market. Jeff met with us the same day that we inquired about his availability. We were impressed with the research he did on our house and listing before meeting with us.
