I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and have been licensed for 19 yrs. I have a high success rate because I council my clients with information that will help their property sell quickly, and I provide a current market analysis to ensure that we are listing the property at a realistic price. I currently teach the 90 hour Real Estate Pre-licensing Course required to take the WV State Exam in order to get licensed. I am qualified as a Relocation Specialist for individuals and families moving in and out of the area, and have had background checks in order to work with government organizations such as the Veterans Administration and the FBI.

Dennis Finamore began investing in both multi-unit and single family properties in 1995 and became a Realtor in 1999. Dennis has earned several designations including the Realtor designation in 1999, the GRI designation (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) in 2001, a real estate broker's license in 2001, the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) in 2004, and the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) in 2011. Dennis graduated from Fairmont State University with a degree in psychology, and is a graduate of Leadership Marion. Dennis completed over 150 hours of professional training at the Appraisal Institute of Pittsburgh, and maintains a WV residential contractor license. Dennis is a member of the West Virginia Association of Realtors and a graduate of the WVAR Leadership Academy. Dennis is a member of the Fairmont Board of Realtors and was named Realtor Of The Year in 2016. Dennis has a high list-to-sale ratio of over 90% with single family homes.
