About
I began my real estate career as a Property Manager, investing in rentals before realizing my calling was helping people buy and sell strategically. My team created a marketing program attracting D.C. area buyers seeking more value in Virginia and West Virginia, which also helped sellers.
I moved from NYC/D.C. to Charles Town, WV in 2003, drawn by the beauty, community, and the chance to own a real home, which I still keep as a rental. Many clients make similar moves and want strong negotiation and smart marketing.
At Dandridge Realty Group, our team uses systems and technology to make the process seamless and match clients with agents suited to their needs.
Outside real estate, I serve on community boards including the Contemporary American Theater Festival, Downtown Charles Town Merchant Association, and the Charles Town Building Commission, and I am past president of the Jefferson County Farmland Protection Board.
